Advanced Tractor Skills Workshop
Product Details
This practical tractor workshop is designed for farmers who already have 2–4 years of tractor operating experience and are ready to move beyond basic driving and machine operation.
The workshop focuses on developing greater confidence, precision, efficiency, and control in real field conditions. Participants will learn how to make better use of their tractor’s capabilities, improve field performance, reduce unnecessary fuel and machinery costs, and operate more safely and effectively.
Areas of focus will be:
- Introduction to Tractors and Farm Machinery
- Setting Up Tractors and Attaching Implements to Tractors
- Application Equipment Setup and Calibration – grain drill
- Field Operation of Equipment and Performing Maintenance
The emphasis will be on hands-on learning, field demonstrations, and practical problem-solving, using situations farmers encounter in their day-to-day operations.
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to operate their tractors more efficiently, make better decisions in the field, and get greater performance and value from their machinery.
Date: October 23 and 24, 2026
Cost: $550 for two days including food, overnight stay in tent cabins, and parking
